Hi, I’m Anita Kaushik A mother and an internationally certified personal trainer with over 15 years of experience. I understand the real challenges working women face limited time, mental load, and health issues like hormone imbalances, prediabetes, weight-loss plateaus, and low energy. This understanding comes not just from professional expertise, but from my own journey of balancing motherhood, work, and changing body needs.

I don’t believe in extreme diets or short-term fixes. My coaching focuses on sustainable weight loss and metabolic health, using practical training and nutrition strategies that fit seamlessly into busy lives.

My goal is simple: to help you feel stronger, healthier, and confident in a body you can maintain for life.
